Assist Conch Group to Complete Key Scientific and Technological Innovation Projects

The bridge scraper reclaimer manufactured by NHI for Chizhou Conch was the key scientific and technological innovation project of Conch Group. From design, purchase, production and delivery, it took only 4 months for NHI to build the 46-meter bridge scraper reclaiming machine with the largest span and the highest configuration in cement plants in China, and the new record of production time. Behind the on-time delivery was the hard step by step of everyone in NHI. In order to ensure the devilry time limit, the production command center quickly established the Chizhou Conch project team to make overall arrangements for daily meetings and weekly project scheduling meetings, keep abreast of the latest progress status of purchased parts, actively communicate and implement long-cycle parts that affect production, implement the latest production progress status and production time, coordinate and solve problems affecting project delivery date. At the same time, the production command center kept abreast of the latest developments on the project site, coordinated and organized production to ensure that the project production schedule was consistent with the site construction schedule and the delivery date of the product project. Under the overall arrangement of the production command center, all the sub-plants guaranteed the smooth progress of Chizhou Conch project by means of overtime and shift work, which laid a solid foundation for the timely delivery of products.
Since its reform last year, NHI has introduced the flexible and efficient system and mechanism of Fangda Group, fully integrated the delicacy management concept, and all the work was result-oriented. It has provided the customers with the Taizhou Shield Machine, Fengzhen Xintai New Material Technology Co., Ltd 600,000-ton chromium-iron pellet project rotary kiln and other major equipment.
