In reality, Sulawesi is more than 4000 kilometers away from us, covering an area of 174600 square kilometers. It is the 11th largest island in the world, with a population of about 20 million. It is one of the poorest and backward areas in Indonesia. There are nickel mines accounting for 80% of Indonesia, and Indonesia’s proven nickel resources account for about 1 / 4 of the world. The rich nickel resources have attracted countless enterprises to invest here.

However, due to the relatively backward local infrastructure and weak communication signal, sometimes it takes a few minutes for your mobile phone to turn on a signal. Most of the time, you can only report peace to your family through text and tell the pain of missing home.
When talking to Wang Jia on the phone, He said: "This is the first time for me not to spend the new year with my parents. There are many local Chinese, and the Spring Festival is even stronger than that in China. However, as the festival is getting closer, the feeling of missing home is getting deeper and deeper. When I told my parents to stay in Indonesia for the new year, they didn’t express too much worry, but I can clearly feel it from their words, that they are afraid of my sadness. In order not to worry my parents and the leaders of the company and the group, I will work hard to successfully complete this task as soon as possible and strive to return home as soon as possible. "
At another project site in Indonesia, Yang Zhongda stayed alone as the after-sales service personnel of NHI to monitor the normal operation of belt conveyor.
When the take up device of S-1A belt conveyor failed in the raw ore storage yard, Yang Zhongda rushed to the site at 3 a.m. to help the owner analyze the site situation and give professional opinions; When the owner encountered difficulties in rail connection and installation, he guided the on-site installation personnel to adjust the running equipment, solve the problems in time, and ensure the on-site construction progress; Yang Zhong put the work efficiency on site in the first place, and sometimes even forgot to eat. His professionalism, optimism and dedication moved the owners and established a good image of Chinese workers abroad. Yang Zhongda said: "the owner invited me to have dinner with them during the new year and have a fresh overseas New Year Eve dinner. I want to tell the local Indonesians about the Chinese New Year’s culture and better understand our China. I also want to take this opportunity to experience the Chinese New Year in a foreign country."
Firecrackers bid farewell to the old year and fireworks greet the new year. A New Year Eve dinner affects the feelings of many Chinese people and converges into the belief of happiness and reunion. However, during this Spring Festival, 32 employees of NHI stayed at the project site for work reasons and could not be reunited with their families.
